High Crimes
Potentially punishable by any means, up to and including death or exile. Includes treason, impersonation of nobility, counterfeiting, desecration of temples of legal religions, murder, sedition, spying, slavery and torture.

Common Crimes
Generally punished by prison or by a monetary fine. Includes adventuring without a license, theft, forgery, fraud, rape, bribery of public officials, maiming, vandalism, arson, disturbing the dead and obstruction of justice.

Low Crimes
Generally punished by short prison terms or small fines. Includes assault, trespassing, willful disobedience of a public official, Lese-Majesty (publicly slandering royalty, the nobility, public officials or other officers of the peace), show of arms, public drunkenness, public nudity, poaching and disturbing the peace.
